Lokahi MindBody Academy
In Hawaiian Lokahi means whole, peace and unified. The practice of yoga is designed to bring your entire world into one time and one place and to align your Mantra (breath & thoughts), Mudra (asana & movements) and Mandala (focus & world view).
Lokahi Academy focuses on three things:
Neuroscience: The foundation of movement, emotional states and mindfulness which is rarely taught in yoga trainings and business.
Yoga Numerology: A rare, highly accurate yoga-based system that helps people understand pattern and cycles of life to unlock their full potential.
Business of Yoga: We need more yoga in the world and the best way to spread yoga is through business. We teach you how to clarify your value and then package, communicate and exchange that value with the world.
Lokahi Yoga Academy has been teaching numerology, yoga, yoga anatomy and mindfulness practices around the globe for over 10 years. The trainings are grounded in traditional knowledge from experts around the world including: ashtanga yoga (with David Swenson & Yoko Fujiwara), bagua qi gong & tibetan bon shamanism (Dragon Gate Sanctuary), taoist medicine (World Medicine Institute), yoga numerology (with Sangheet Khalsa), Hawaiian Huna (with Kumu Mark Sato) and traditional tantric yoga (at Mahasiddha Yoga Thailand).
Lokahi Academy has published two books on yoga numerology and trained thousands of students around the world including: Japan, Thailand, China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Germany, Sweden, New Zealand, and the United States.
